How early do I have to place my order?

Please allow 1 day of turn over for self collection and a minimum of 2 days for bulk orders. For corporate bulk orders, please email us at hello@23backerei.com or contact us at +65 88873233 for a quote and delivery advice.

What happens if an item is out of stock or unavailable?

We are terribly sorry to inform you but when an item is out of stock, we will substitute the item with something of equivalent or higher value.

Yes, we deliver to Tuas, Jurong Island and even Sentosa! But not to Pulau Ubin. Sorry :(
